This penthouse was conceived as a dialogue between openness and intimacy, a sanctuary high above the city where design becomes an extension of lifestyle. The vision was to merge contemporary precision with the richness of luxury, using carefully selected premium materials that speak of timelessness rather than trends. The soaring double-height living space sets the tone: a canvas of natural light, filtered through floor-to-ceiling glass, where bespoke elements and sculptural lighting create a rhythm of elegance. Every surface is chosen to evoke permanence and sophistication — from the deep veining of marble to the tactile warmth of wood and the subtle sheen of metal accents. Luxury here is not excess; it is refinement. It is the feeling of calm that accompanies balance — a home that feels both striking and serene, monumental yet human.

The penthouse layout is designed to flow effortlessly, balancing spaces for gathering with those for retreat.
