Design Architecture
This penthouse was envisioned as an escape above the city — a sanctuary where metropolitan vibrancy meets timeless sophistication. The design captures the duality of energy and stillness: daylight pours through tall windows, reflecting on plush surfaces, while night transforms the space into a cocoon of intimacy framed by sculptural lighting and rich textures. The atmosphere is not about abundance, but refinement — every element serves a purpose in creating a mood of luxury. Velvet in deep tones, polished marble, and warm metallic accents establish an identity that is at once bold and welcoming. The penthouse becomes more than a residence: it is an interpretation of contemporary grandeur, translated into space and light.
The layout was designed to merge fluid living with elegant entertaining. The open living room acts as a stage for both private evenings and vibrant gatherings, anchored by a modular sofa that frames conversations and city views alike. The dining area flows seamlessly from the lounge, with a statement chandelier casting a sculptural presence above the table — transforming each meal into an experience. The kitchen is crafted as a performance zone: black marble surfaces, integrated appliances, and a central island that doubles as a bar and informal gathering spot. Private zones, such as the bedrooms, balance drama with serenity. The master suite is defined by a striking velvet headboard in deep blue, paired with warm lighting that creates intimacy without compromising elegance. The bathroom, clad in dark stone and brushed brass, offers a spa-like ritual: water, light, and reflection converging into pure indulgence.
The design language of the penthouse is rooted in contrasts: soft textiles against polished stone, geometric order balanced by fluid lighting, dark panels enriched with shimmering accents. The palette embraces earthy neutrals — beige, brown, charcoal — uplifted by vivid highlights of blue and copper tones. Lighting plays a central role, curated not only for function but for emotion. Circular chandeliers hover like jewelry in the air, their reflections magnified by glossy finishes. In every room, the glow shifts with the hours, giving the interiors a cinematic quality. Every detail has been considered: from the rhythm of wood panels to the precision of custom furniture, from curated art pieces to the way materials meet at each junction. The penthouse is not simply furnished — it is orchestrated. A luxury space designed to be lived in, but equally, to be remembered.
